Etsy Finds - BigHelmetHead

From Artist Bio Page :
Hola!...Hi!... I'm an artist/illustrator originally from Spain. I'm currently living in the East Coast of the United States with my husband and daughter.

Another Era - surreal art pocket mirror

I started painting as a little kid and I've never stopped.

It's A Robot Kind Of Day - robot and bulldog polymer clay sculpture

When asked "what would you like to be when you grow up?", other children would say "a ballerina!", "a doctor!", my best friend said "a candy store owner so I can eat everything!", and I would say "a painter, I want to paint for Walt Disney!" people will look at me like I was the weirdest kid.

Pierced - Karokeshi - Kokeshi sculpture

My childhood aspiration was always to be an artist, I eventually received my Bachelor of Fine Arts with a specialty in painting from the University of Madrid, I studied fashion design and earned a certification in graphic and web design.

Spike Wonderland - sculptural cocktail ring

Besides painting, I also enjoy sculpting, creating jewelry and unique 3D objects.
Creatively I'm curious and willing to experiment different mediums.

The Apple Thief - polymer clay hedgehog sculpture

I enjoy telling stories through my images and present unexpected situations, often with a dash of humor, bringing a smile to others is always rewarding.

Perched High - original art mirror

I just finished my third children's book, Froggy Fun, to be released in bookstore nationwide in March 2010. Creating for kids is something I really enjoy.

Froggy Fun - NEW exclusive, pre-release children's book

And working for Walt Disney? It never happened, just let them wait ;)
